Vendor Application

This is an excellent opportunity to introduce your products and services to Oktoberfest attendees, many of whom flock here from across Middle and East Tennessee and beyond. We normally have approximately 2,000 people in attendance during the event’s two-day run.

We have limited vendor spaces at Oktoberfest; each 10 X 10 foot space is available for $250.

We don’t accept vendors selling ready-to-eat food items, as food will be sold at the fest.

Deadline for submission and payment of the vendor fee is Friday, October 1.

General Description of Your Products/Services:

All applications will be reviewed by the Oktoberfest committee before acceptance.

If a vendor application is rejected your check will be returned. If payment was made by credit/debit card; the charge will be reversed.

Overnight security personnel will be onsite Thursday and Friday to guard against theft. Vendor personnel are not allowed to remain on premises overnight. Vendors may set up Thursday or early Friday morning before 10 AM.
